ВЗАИМОСВЯЗЬ МЕЖДУ ПОЛИМОРФИЗМОМ ГЕНА TOLL–ПОДОБНОГО РЕЦЕПТОРА 4 (TLR4) И ЭКОНОМИЧЕСКИ ЗНАЧИМЫМИ ПРИЗНАКАМИ ГОЛШТИНСКОГО СКОТА РЕСПУБЛИКИ ТАТАРСТАН

Аннотация

В последние годы растет интерес к использованию генетических методов для создания более устойчивого к болезням поголовья сельскохозяйственных животных. В таких исследованиях ген toll–подобного рецептора 4 (TLR4) является одним из перспективных генов из–за его важной роли в иммунной системе. Работа была направлена на изучение полиморфизма (c.9421C > T) гена TLR4 – Alu I методом ПЦР–ПДРФ в популяции голштинского скота Республики Татарстан. В ходе ДНК–диагностики 390 голов коров идентифицированы аллели A (0,451) и B (0,549) и генотипы – AA (19,5%), AB (51,3%) и BB (29,2%). Удой за первую стандартную лактацию (p ˂ 0,01), содержание молочного жира (p ˂ 0,05) и белка (p ˂ 0,01), а также сухого вещества (p ˂ 0,01) в молоке статистически значимо превышало у коров–первотелок с генотипом AA гена TLR4. У коров с генотипом AA количество соматических клеток, со статистической разницей (p ˂ 0.001) было более чем на 50,0 % ниже этого показателя у животных с BB–генотипом. Расчет экономической эффективности производства молока от коров с разными генотипами гена TLR4 показал, что при одинаковых финансовых затратах, прибыль и рентабельность значительно выше от поголовья с генотипом AA.
