СТРУКТУРА ПОЧВЕННЫХ КОМПЛЕКСОВ МИКРОСКОПИЧЕСКИХ ГРИБОВ ПОД VICIAFABA L.
Аннотация
На территории Ботанического сада НИУ БелГУ (г. Белгород, Россия) на естественном инфекционномфоневыращивали Vicia faba и, с учетом показателей частоты встречаемости и обилия видов, определилиструктуру почвенныхмикокомплексов.В комплексемикромицетовподVicia faba отмеченоусилениедолитоксигенныхвидовна 2,5-29%, оппортунистических видов – на 1,3-31%, аллергенов – на 2-24% по сравнению с контрольной почвой.После культивированияVicia faba впочвеостаютсяфитопатогенныевидыAscochyta fabaе, Clаsdosporium herbarum, Fusariumgraminearum, F. оxysporumvar. orthoceras, F. oxysporum, F. solaniи Ulocladium botrytis, что необходимо учитыватьпри подборе следующей в севооборотекультуры.
